Cancellation Policy

Holistic Arts Massage PLLC reserves the rights to charge clients who do not cancel within 24 hours of their appointment time. There are no exceptions. To prevent a cancellation fee charge, you will need to reschedule your appointment to another date and time within a 60 day period. 

 

The fee for late cancelation is 50% of the service charge. In the case of no call no show, the fee is 100% of the service charge.

In order to provide all clients with professional care, I need to ensure that my time, and your time, are respected equally. When clients cancel last minute, or no show, this is a missed opportunity to help another potential client who could have been seen on the same date/time. 

 

Please ensure that you have taken actions to stay updated on your upcoming appointment by adding it to your personal calendar with a reminder. I will also send out reminders for the appointments as well. Thank you for your understanding. ​
